At AllVolkswagenAccessories.ie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Return Policy outlines the process for returning items and obtaining a refund.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items on sale or clearance
2. Return Process
2.1 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at parts@wexfordvw.ie or (053) 916 7900 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.

Include the RMA number and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase in the package.

2.2 Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
3.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at parts@wexfordvw.ie or (053) 916 7900 to arrange the exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at parts@wexfordvw.ie or (053) 916 7900. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the shipping costs for the return.
